Poor service and false advertising
I purchased an item for the price it was advertised, waited for delivery then checked the app to track the item and realized that Takelot cancelled my order stating that the supplier is out of stock yet there was stock when I purchased the item. The purchased item was much much cheaper than other similar items therefore I purchased it on Takealot.

I am utterly and seriously perturbed and disappointed in Takealot, 2 purchases and both were cancelled by you, it's not my problem that Takealot or supplier advertised the item at am incorrect price, customers ought to pay the price they see on the advert.
This is really unacceptable and bad customer service, I work in the customer service and retail/distribution industry and clients ought to pay the price and item or items were advertised for Irrespective if it was an error on the sellers side.
