Poor service and denying refund

I'm very dissapointed in takealot. I sent back a mattress which I was not impressed with the product and I returned it with another product. I received the one but not the other and they are refusing to give me back my money. I sent the mattress back clean and neatly wrapped they have given me back a dirty mattress and torn but I only had it for a day. By law and their agreement on the website if you are not happy with the product they will refund ,replace or credit the product. They kept changing the tune of how the bed had a stain on and dirty but couldn't provide me with any proof instead they sent me a bed that was not how i gave back to them. I kept phoning and the line kept being cut off and no one would respond to my emails properly or even at all I kept speaking to new people and the outcome was the same no reply.. I feel ****** and they couldn't care less. The bed was clearly damaged and dragged on the side by the couriers and I'm being to blame for it. They refuse to listen and help. Very poor service and I want my money back. I will never buy from takealot again if this is the outcome I get.
