Poor service and delivery

I ordered a small fridge from Takealot and they send 1person to deliver? They were not friendly and on opening the product it was badly dented! We called for a replacement, which was not delivered and upon asking for the refund they were so confused the did not even know that the dented product was collected (without any paperwork) to their warehouse! They called and requested they collection details from us!!! Do not buy from them.
