Poor service and delivery

My order was placed and paid on Thursday, got a call from one of the agents and was promised delivery would be Friday, they never arrived on Friday.

Then the same person called again and promised me delivery on Monday, I told them I have a very important appointment at 12 and they promised me again they would be at my house before 12. I requested an invoice because the details of the difference of my app of the delivery and still have not gotten one.

I sent out 2 emails asking if I could get them somewhere and still haven't gotten a email or call back.
