Poor Service and Delivery

I shopped from takealot for a number of years now since the original take2. All I can say is their service is no dreadful and Amazon cannot arrive soon enough. I ordered an item and paid next day delivery only to get the item 2 days later, the only thing their support offered was a refund of R10 compared to the R90 i spent on next day. Now with another order i ask them to split it so the instock items can be delivered, instead of these being delivered i get excuses that they will update with when it gets shipped and instead i receive the item that was being ordered before getting the instock items.
