Poor service and delivery

Once again Takealot has not failed to deliver a disappointing service to a customer. There tracking service is pathetic and customer service just as bad. They just reschedule orders without sending out any correspondence nor informing a person and the worst of it all is that there own system does not even update your profile with the new delivery date. In less than 24 hours they actually managed to mess up 2 orders. It's time for people the realize that Takealot went to **** and that that there is other online stores like loot, raru etc that delivers a much better service
