Poor service and customer care.

I ordered a product from Takealot on Tuesday and chose the option for the product to be delivered on the following day. On the day of the delivery the Takealot driver brought to me a product that I didn't order. I phoned the driver thinking that he might have confused the orders but to my amazement it seems Takealot had packed the wrong product on my order. I contacted them and thinking that they will speed up the process on rectifying the problem since the mistake was done on their side but they moved slowly and are actually not refunding me but processing another order that I didn't request at a later date.
