Poor service and communication

I placed an order with Takealot.com on 26 May 2021. Order reference is ***1. By the time of placing the order, the item showed as "In Stock" at the Takealot warehouse. When tracking the order, it states the expected shipping will be 28 May 2021. And expected delivery is 1 June 2021. It is now 2 June 2021, and I haven't received my order, and there is still no activity on the order tracking system. I logged a ticket on their online support portal. A lady came back to me many hours later stating that she will investigate with the courier department. By the time of posting this, I haven't received any feedback.

The strange thing is, I have placed another order a few days after this order and have actually received the order early! I want to know what is going on but it is very frustrating trying to get help from them.
