Poor service and communication

I bought a motherboard and CPU from Takealot a while ago, and returned both for a warranty repair. The motherboard was rejected as Takealot say incorrectly its physical damage which took a month to diagnose. So after a lot of fighting I bought a new motherboard. Last Wednesday takealot call me and try to convince me that I have actually recieved a replacement board from them. When I say I didnt, they tell me they will get a manager to call me back the same day. Which obviously doesnt happen. Then on Sunday morning another service agent calls and again tells me I should have recieved my replacement motherboard, and again says they will follow up. Then yesterday I get a call asking if I recieved my replacement CPU. When I enquire about the motherboard they tell me they know nothing about it. Abosultely shocking Takealot
