Poor service and commitment to customer

Once again a disappointing Christmas order with Takealot!!!!

Place order before advised cut off date. Planned delivery date for 24 Dec’20. No notification of changed delivery date (which was 4 Jan’21). Cancelled item which was in stock when order was placed.

Whats the point of placing orders or using a company that can’t keep to its committed delivery date and commit stock when an order is placed.
