Poor service and can not even contact them telephonically

I've ordered a computer toy for my son for he's birthday who is turning 7 years old next week and is struggling with catching up at school due to ADHD.

Yes the was a taxi strike when someone tried to deliver of which I don't believe he even attempted to deliver cause if he did the securities would have informed him that we all at the second Capitec branch at the same mall that my delivery address was at.

I have attempted to re order but my refund is R0.00 which it says I need to pay from, I sent an email the reply is pay again for the item and the guy is so cold then what happened to my money that I paid for the original order
