Poor service and bad attitude

I ordered a mini projector through takealot. I was notified via email that delivery will take place on the 14th of Aug. Nothing happened - no notifications. I was then notified that delivery will take place on the 17 th of Aug. Again nothing happened - no notifications. Upon enquiry they had most of the detail wrong including name and address. After various telephonic transfers they got it right but the blamed me and the delivery company they use. I the cancelled the order and am still waiting for the refund - absolutely ridiculous - will definitely not use them again. Well Done Ameer - you cost the company a loyal customer as I have dealt with Kalahari before. Maybe the take over is not going well!!
