Poor service and awful experience

Order no:*** . Awful experience and disappointing service in Takealot. Ordered a black air fryer on Wednesday for next day delivery. Thursday they delivered a white air fryer. We queried this as we noticed same before the product was opened. After taking photos logging a complaint ect we were informed that the replacement will be delivered today (Saturday). The incorrect product was collected without a replacement. After spending another 20 minutes on the phone the call was dropped and we obviously never received a call back. Shocked with our experience. Can someone urgently get back to us!!!
