poor service and attitude
I placed an order on the 8th December

Our Daily Deals have specific terms and conditions w.r.t. the allocation of deals stock. Takealot will reserve stock for customers in the order in which it receives payment. Therefore if you pay via EFT as is the case with your order, you might not get your item because we may only receive payment from you a few days later, and in the meantime the Deal might sell out to customers paying immediately.
We understand your disappointment by the cancellation of your order, but all the available deals items have already been allocated in accordance with our terms and condition.
