Poor service ...AGAIN

no parcel was with the drivers consignment upon delivery date and time..... no effort by the driver to rectify the issue either.... then after tracking the order it showed as delivered later the same day. Upon opening the box, there was a " cleaning gun" certainly not was was ordered.... i had ordered supplements, ontop of that there was no Takealot label on the box. It was in a Takealot box but sealed with non takealot sealing tape, closer inspection showed the box was opened and resealed with the same tape.... this in not what i ordered... poor service delivery again from Takealot. I had specifically placed the order for delivery before Friday. I question, how did the driver update the system via the mobile device???? if there was no label..... there is a big difference between was was received and what I have orderd.
