POOR service after sales

They are not good when it comes to warranty of electronic goods. I bought a tablet that stopped working after 2months and they were not able to help saying that I've physically damaged it while it was intact when their courier came to collect .Very disappointing. My order number :RRN-8dc7-e3fb
