Poor service

I have bought from Takealot many times and always had excellent service. I ordered and paid for an item on the 28th August 2021. On the 31st I received an email that my order was cancelled because they no longer have stock of the item and that my account would be credited . Exactly the same thing happened on the 19th August 2021 when I ordered and paid for four of an item and received an email on the 23rd August 2021that my order was cancelled because they no longer have stock of the item and that my account would be credited. Surely Takealot can take up issues like this with their suppliers and punish the supplier. Takealot is definitely not what they used to be.
