Poor Service

Two times in a row I have ordered a Cadac Easy Lite gas lamp with built in ignition for Father's day. Takealot keeps sending me a Handy Lite lamp. Every time I have to go through all the steps to return the item. How difficult can it be - it is not quantum physics! Takealot you suck and you ******ed up a father's day gift!
