Poor service

Well first of all, it very re assuring to buy from a company which you cannot get in contact with at all, no contact details on their website, only links to faq's, which helps nothing if you need to enquire on an order, TCF much takealot.? Looks more like your hiding from your customers, Secondly if you place your order, you are provided with a delivery date, you the arrange for someone to be at the adress seleceted on the delivery date, then on the delivery date(when u have heard NOTHING) from Takealot, you go and track your order on their site, only to find out that your delivery date has changed due to an item on your order, you click on "why the wait" and an outomated message pops up"we are waiting for one or more items on your order Got it" WHAT DOES THIS HELP? Would it be more cusumer friendly to specify exactly which item your wating for, and allow your custumer to remove that item to allow quicker delivery? And to inform your customers if their delivery date(as at the time the order was placed) changes due to stock availability? Anyway thank you takealot, my baby boy might run out of Formula thanks to the abive skewd process!
