Poor service

I would like to log a complaint about takelot , I have placed an order in June already and it was incorrect , takelot kept on bringing me the wrong size n I no longer want the item, there were days I would take off from work waiting on the driver to collect the return, I would get the sms for collection but the driver would never pitch , cell no takelot would reach me on is on cell no ***
