Poor service

While spending a substantial amount through Takealot, it seems they are in no way shape or form dedicated to customer service. Items placed and payed for more than a week back gets cancelled just like that. Why do you have items display but it is not available. Also suppose to get a delivery tomorrow after waiting for more than a week and today Takealot decides to move the delivery out even more. We make plans according to your delivery dates and you just don't give a damn. Not going to use your platform any longer. ****ty service to say the least.
