Poor Service

if i could give negative 5 stars i would. DO NOT BUY FITBIT from takealot. i tried to return the item it was rejected as i had to follow fitbit protocal. did so and fitbit advised to return the item to takelot. takelot AGAIN rejects claim and says i have to follow fitbit protocal (which i did and gave them the reference number to prove). i now have to get the watch to another crowd called CoreGroup? what is the point of buying off this site if you have to go through all of this?
