Poor service

I have booked an article for return. I have to date received about 8 sms confirming the pickup would happen before 5pm on that specific date. But so the days go on and on and the sms come everyday confirming the pickup. I can not sit at home waiting for the pickup as promised and they don't pitch. I think it is a pathetic service from Takealot
