Poor service

Poor service from takealot. Parcel sent to wrong place and then they take 3 days to re route it. Im still waiting.

What is more worrying is that my notifications from takealaot are being sent to another Ryan vd Merwe who lives in another province. He called me very confused with the notifications and to notify me.

Takealot consultants just deny that it is their fault???
