Poor service

The worst service ever in this company,no managers to respond to queries,no team leaders to assist consultans and no dispatch cleck to redirect our order,why do we have to order things when they are not being delivered,u ask for refund they say it will take 3 days while when u pay it's immediate. First time using this app and will never use it as I have seen other reviews and nothing complimenting the company( # ***),all I see is complaints
