Poor Service..

On Monday the 5th August, I placed an order of some goods at a very good pricing, an hour later my orders were all cancelled with an excuse of pricing error, today being the 9th August, I am still waiting for my money which they charged for the goods to be credited back to my account, I have tried calling the call Centre, also sending approx 25 mails, being chatting to Babalwa, Neo, Taufeeqah and also Mariska, but no joy, I just want takealot to either send me my goods or credit my money.
