Poor service

I ordered items for next day delivery on the 29th Oct 2024. Del was for 1st.. Today is the 5th and items not delivered.. The app keeps changing which items are being shipped.. Takealot I never had this issue before but it's now affecting my plans and completion of project.. Wrote emails to them still no response... I guess once you have enough customers it's no longer about service..
