Poor service

I bought an air fryer on the 3rd of it arrived with rust took a photo and logged a return for it and they were suppose to collect by 05th of May but they have been rescheduling to date, I spoke to Asemahle who is in their call Centre who promised to make an arrangement for the collection and I organized someone to be at home and they never showed up. I called and spoke to Adnan who is one of the Supervisors and he Apologized and took my details and said an arrangement was made with driver to collect and that did not materialize. I'm now fed up with their incompetence and lies.
