poor service

ordered a fuse box and paid for it then received a faulty unit not even packed in the original packaging from the supplier after returning the faulty item I never received the replacement after numerous communication with them they promised to deliver on the 16/11/2021. And then reneged on their promise to deliver and simply cancelled the order with the excuse that the supplier has no stock How do take a lot sell something when there is no stock ??????. However when contacting their supplier they had had 18 units in stock I placed a order with the supplier and in less than a hour I had a tracking no The staff at take lot respond to customers in parrot fashion and has no concern in dropping the ball. Take a lot app has been deleted from my on line suppliers what a useless lot.
