Poor Service

Had a issue with the Kamvas 13 sketchpad and returned it. Was offered a replacement but when I got home, realised it was the wrong model of sketchpad in the box. Logged 2 called to Takealot and eventually drove back to the warehouse to return it. No empathy for the waste of time and loss of income as a result of this error...Logged a complaint with no response.Still waiting for this to be resolved!!!
