Poor service

Well I have been using take alot for long time ,, im very disappointed on their service's recently .. placed an order to be delivered on the 13th dec, instead order was rescheduled to be delivered 18th Dec... now today is the 18th and it has passed 18:00 they dont have the decency to call me and update me about the order .. it's becoming a habit ....
