Poor service

The worst service ever. Poor communication. They don't give time for money to show in the account. They just cancel the order after I had to pay mannually as the app wasn't working. So now they have my money and cancelled the order. No customer relations or service exilence. When you email them you get an automated response. So how in the hell do you communicate with a robot. I will never use takealot again.
