Poor service

i ordered an item from takelot R130 and R70 delivery charge. the item was wrong. i followed the process and was credited the purchase R130 but not the delivery charge,So i pad for the wrong item to be delivered to me, i then had to at my cost return the item to a collection point, which i duly did, then reordered the item today, early this morning for express same day delivery at a collection point, now im told my item will only be raedy for collection tomorrow so much for gauranteed same day dleivery. Takelot dont make promises you cany keep!
