Poor service

I order Yogi Tea from TakeAlot and collected the order myself from TakeAlot offices in Parrow. When i got home and opened the package ,it was tempered with and instead of there being 17 tea bags there were only 12. The person that tempered with parcel never bother even close the box correctly and still TakeAlot gave me the parcel as is. If this is not negligence and very poor service i do not know what qualifies for bad service. After making a complaint i was advised it will need seven days to resolve issue.
