Poor service

I placed an order on the 05th December 2020.There was an indication that I would receive my order not later than 14th December.On the 11th I received two smses that say my order will be with me before 17h00 on that day ,the second one said there is a delay. Fastforward to monday the 14th I got another message that says my order will arrive by 17h00 that day.

I still have not received my order and their number is never answered. I do not no what to do know.I am so frustrated for I needed those items for business and I fully paid.
