Poor service

Takealot is becoming useless by the day...for the past 2 consecutive orders that I have made with them were poorly handled. First, they miss the quantity...second they gave me damaged product whereas they cancelled some of the items in that very same order because the items were out of stock yet they did not mark it "Out of stock" on the website. Now I have to reorder and pay the delivery fee that I wouldn't have paid if my items were delivery at the same time.
