Poor service

These guys were quick to sell and deliver a product that *******ed my phone , I lost all my data , when I return it they take they own time to collect it , then send me a mail saying that I forgot to include the item I was returning when the driver signed the collection papers and tell me that if I don't return the item in 3 days they will close the return , is this a way for them not to return my item? , I am dealing with this return for over 2 weeks and still no feedback
