Poor Service

I bought speakers in 23 November 2019 and they were not delivered! from then I have more than 100 emails trying to get my money, they keep telling me its Fedex and Fedex says its Takealot! I didn't choose that courier company, these people should give back my money and talk to their alliance!! Its more than 37 days the order was placed, no refund, no communication!
