Poor service

I’m so disappointed with the service of takealot. Their TV ads it’s looks like customer’s are important to them or customers are treated with care. That’s all false. I requested a change of delivery date it’s was declined after I explained how important I need my order and I was told ‘ Please advise if you wish to proceed or are you going to cancel?’ I really don’t understand why you would ask me to cancel instead of trying to meet me halfway. If this is their attitude going forward It’s not good for business (Ticket ***)
