Poor service

i have to say im very disappointed at Takealot . i ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter 2 weeks ago, fully paid. all of a sudden i see delivery cancelled. not one person at take a lot contacted me to confirm this. i had to phone to be told that the supplier was out of stock of the product. how can you allow a supplier to sell take my money and have no product , this is a slap in the face as a loyal customer.

this was suppose to be a special gift for my daughter who worked so hard during these times.

now i have to wait for refund then run around looking for item so close to Christmas.
