Poor service

Im am extremely disappointed in this service because I ordered something a week ago and it only gave me a delivery date this Saturday or Sunday and I chose Saturday then on the day of delivery you reschedule my delivery for a Monday when there is no one at home. When I call I get told that the branch it went to doesnt deliver on weekends what utter bs is that now I am inconvenienced because of a branch and delivery issue. This is very poor service. I will never use takealot again
