POOR SERVICE

I received a message to say that my parcel was available fo pickup from Takealot, New Germany in Pinetown. I checked the opening times on the website and it showed that they open at 8.00am today. I was there to collect at 8.05am. I rang the bell 3 times, Takealot staff were walking around outside and just ignored me. I eventually got the attention of someone and then a Gentleman came to inform me that they only open at 9am. He wasn't even prepared to assist me. Just for the record, I wasn't the only person going to collect at this time. This was a total waste of my time and fuel (which is not very cheap anymore). I now have to make another special trip to collect my item. Total waste of my precious time and fuel. Not very good customer service Takealot. Please ensure that your operating hours correspond to your actual opening times on your website.
