Poor Service.

I bought two boxes of Mirra cell which was meant to have 12 sachets in each each box. The first box was correct with 12 sachets, but the second box had 6 units in it. I requested them to replace that box and explained to them problem. It's been almost a month since I have been waiting for either my cash refund or the correct units I initially ordered, yet nobody has bothered to respond to my issue. I have basically given Takealot R540 in exchange for nothing. I have never experienced such horrible service before.
