Poor service

I ordered a lunch bag and the portable projector. When I received them I didn’t like the quality of the projector and it wasn’t working as the one that I saw online so this one was a mock up so I had to log a return and then for the bag the bag was torn so I just turn it back as it was a reject. I logged the return long time ago it’s been more than eight working days till today I’m still waiting for my money to reflect when I log on the app it says reserved and the credit shows zero and I haven’t received an email or bank notification saying the money is gonna show up into my account. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and the service I’m getting now it’s of poor quality and I’m never gonna use the app again.
