Poor service

I bought 7piece coating at take a lot in January 2022 on the month of February file for return was collected on 10 of February 2022 1 of the knife was broken or damaged on the 19 February received email from Ashlen N at take a lot telling me the was a missing accessories which is I know nothing about that email him back I even called the on the 20th explaining if I sent everything the way spoke to Thokozani H he said he will get back to me in the next 4hours it's more than 72hours now nothing from them it was when I received then till today there's no communication from them even now just called them there still nothing that they can tell accept they will talk to the warehouse
