POOR SERVICE!

I bought a little piano from takealot as a Christmas present for my son. The item arived in a broken box and the item itself was damaged and some of the keys were not working. I filed a return immidiately after I opened the box and the scheduled to pick it up the next day. The couriers they sent did not come so takealot kept rescheduling. It's more than a month later and I still haven't heard from them. Yesterday I decided to track the return process again and I saw they cancelled the return which means I am stuck with a damaged product I paid for and I don't want. what's even worse is the fact there is no way to make contact with takealot. I am deeply disappointed and I don't think I will buy from them again. Poor service!
