Poor service

3rd complaint with no communication. AGAIN, I ordered a charging adapter, but now says its canceled. Why can you guys not communicate in order to find a replacement for the item. Now I've been credited and have to pay unnecessary delivery fees. Your company is bad at communicating and providing feedback. And just so by the way, I was not even refunded for the 2st adaptor I ordered!
