Poor service

I booked a return in December 2022 for Subwoofer Speaker which was faulty & requested a refund as an outcome. However in January 2023 the return was cancelled from Takealot then it was sent back to me without any valid feedback from them. I had to rebook the speaker again in February 2023 however now it was declined after product evaluation why I don't know but an email I received stated that I can't decide what outcome would like. My consumer rights were compromised, this whole experience is unacceptable.
