Poor Service

<p>I've places a order on the 31st on May, after a lot of back and fourth via email and being told on 3 separate occasions that my order will be delivered before 5pm and getting a delivery confirmation email, I've still not received my order. I've asked for a manager to call me back and explain what will be done about this and still nothing, instead I've had to call to find out what's happening with my order. I've had to call the courier company and even they have no information about my order.</p>
