Poor service

On the 28 January 2025 I placed an order at Take a lot, on the 31 January 2025 I received an sms from Take a lot saying my delivery will be done on that day before 17h00 of which no parcel was delivered. Today 03 February 2025 when I try to track for my package the status says it will be delivered on the 3rd March 2025.

So I escalated the matter to take a lot customer service requesting them to make the delivery sooner or else refund me. I received response saying that I should wait for the parcel to be delivered and reject it on that day, they do not care about the inconvenience of this delay of delivery to me or refunding my money back.
